TWIN FALLS, Idaho – Twin Falls police have made three arrests in connection with a July 3 shooting at apartments at 645 Fawnbrook Avenue.

Miguel Lawrence Garza, 35, did not survive his injuries after emergency responders found him at 7:22 p.m. and took him to St. Luke’s Magic Valley Regional Medical Center.

As the manhunt for the suspects began, law enforcement released video showing a man and woman fleeing the area around the time of the shooting.

On July 8, Twin Falls police announced that three people had been arrested in the days since the murder.

Dustin Aaron Molina, 29, of Twin Falls was charged with murder, aggravated assault, destruction, alteration or misappropriation of evidence, burglary, grand larceny and auto theft.

Roberto Miranda Villa, 26, of Twin Falls, was charged with aiding and abetting the conspiracy.

Karina Lara Martinez, 22, of Twin Falls, was charged with grand theft auto.

“The Twin Falls Police Department would like to thank the community and our law enforcement partners for their dedication and support during this investigation. I would also like to thank the men and women of the Twin Falls Police Department for their hard work and dedication in apprehending those responsible for this horrific crime,” said Police Chief Craig Kingsbury.

The investigation into this matter is ongoing and further charges may be filed.
