The 2024 NHL Draft begins on Friday with the first round at the Sphere in Las Vegas.

Boston University center Macklin Celebrini is the clear favorite for the San Jose Sharks and will be selected No. 1. Russian winger Ivan Demidov and Michigan State defenseman Artyom Levshunov are considered safe top-5 picks and could be selected No. 2 and 3.

The Nashville Predators own the 22nd overall pick before the first round on Friday.
