“It was an unforgettable day filled with smiles, laughter and inspiration,” @ChildrensAL posted on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday.

Alabama star quarterback Jalen Milroe posed with offensive line star Tyler Booker and Alabama-turned-Iowa offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor, who started every game for the Crimson Tide last season.

The hospital offers cancer treatments for children and is the only purely pediatric allergy/immunology group in the state of Alabama, according to its website.
